Tap the heart rate area to start measuring.
Make sure the watch screen is turned on and that you are wearing it correctly on your wrist when measuring your heart rate.

It is a good start but limited I like other health info but it is all locked, dte is too small and locked Split the clock up use HH:MM:SS
